Many voters don't even know early voting exists in their state. They really need to get the word out. I've been posting this early voting calendar link for months to show people which states have it and for how early.When I was living in Washington they would send me a ballot without me having to request it, which was as convenient as it gets. Fill it out, sign, seal, drop it back in the mailbox for the mailman to pick back up. If I remember correctly, it didn't even require postage. They also sent a booklet with candidates' personal statements, a list of major endorsements from outside groups, and arguments for and against each ballot question.

I’ve also been hearing so many heartbreaking stories of other people who are in the same type of situation and I wish I could offer more than my words to you. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved ones and I just hope that over time the smiles outweigh the cries when you think of them. I’ll miss my parents when they’re gone. We lived paycheck to paycheck when I was little. They had little time to do much, but they always made time for me. They would skip meals so I could say I didn’t like the food. They would spend massive amounts of money to get me all the stuff I wanted for Christmas and my birthday. We are in a great place financially now and have been ever since my mom got a promotion at her work. Thanks to my dad’s service we have excellent insurance and he has a pension. We have nice things and we have plenty of time to spend together as a family. I’m so thankful for all they gave to make my childhood so happy. I’m also so grateful for the lessons they taught me.
