I personally just get an uneasy feeling when I hear of someone that's been in office for 30+ years. But again, that is how our system works and I fully understand that. Even if the term limits were 10 years or however long, personally, I would like to see the end of lifelong politicians. Not that they are all bad.

I’ve also been hearing so many heartbreaking stories of other people who are in the same type of situation and I wish I could offer more than my words to you. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved ones and I just hope that over time the smiles outweigh the cries when you think of them. Thank you again so much to everyone, you’re all incredible! Pictures with loved ones often seem sort of forced and artificial. I’ll miss my parents when they’re gone. We lived paycheck to paycheck when I was little. They had little time to do much, but they always made time for me. They would skip meals so I could say I didn’t like the food. They would spend massive amounts of money to get me all the stuff I wanted for Christmas and my birthday. We are in a great place financially now and have been ever since my mom got a promotion at her work. Thanks to my dad’s service we have excellent insurance and he has a pension. We have nice things and we have plenty of time to spend together as a family. I’m so thankful for all they gave to make my childhood so happy. I’m also so grateful for the lessons they taught me.
