People commenting keep voting Republican are the same people who don't know the states history slightly. It was a Democratic strong hold from 1932 to 2000 presidentially. Senate wise from 1958 to 2014. Richard Byrd served as Democratic leader and he was from West Virginia from 1958 to 2009. Even though it's probably staged, it's nice to see a politician actually interact with the least fortunate, rather than just drive by them thinking they all did something to deserve it. (and yes I do know that some have caused their own misfortune, but most don't)

When I couldn't write my vows. I knew when I couldn't come up with anything, it wasn't right. I was 22 and he was in his 30s. I got married anyway. Before our one year anniversary I developed severe panic attacks and an extreme mood disorder. I did some really shitty things and then just left. The thing is, he was a wonderful dude. Literally one of the best people I've ever met. He was an incredibly good influence on my life. But I didn't love him. I didn't even try to stick it out. I felt guilty about it for years, dealt with depression and suicidal ideation. I lost my entire support network of friends and family (rightfully so). I basically just ran away. After hard work, therapy, and developing good habits, I got better. Found the love of my life and have been with him for 7 years now. I don't regret my decision to leave, but I regret my decision to get married. I was a dumb selfish person but I've made it past the worst parts of myself. Buy it:  Awes...

My father was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer within 6 months of us getting married after being together for about 5 years. The general public aren't trained to interact with the police. We frequently see situations like this, where someone in a very high stress situation (multiple cops trying to restrain, punch and taze him), doesn't react in a way that makes sense to an outside observer, but probably made sense to them at the time. "Shit, theses guys are kicking in my ass, let's get in this car and close the door."They actually had him on the ground but a bystander got in the way and he got back up (and then got unsuccessfully tazed), from the other video I saw of the incident.
