Interesting side note, my high school band teacher's dad owned a gas station along his tour route. Apparently he stopped by bought a coke and sat on the front porch with him and talked politics. The band teacher still has the Coke machine to this day. Pretty cool place. Definitely old and the rooms were...there. It's an old building and they sort of had to renovate around things. Like, there was a pretty big step to get up into the bathroom in the room I was in.

He was terrifying this episode. Every scene he's in, and even the ones he's not. I was just waiting for him to kill someone. At least with Stormfront, I know white characters are probably safe. I'll have to re-watch it. I couldn't enjoy any of the Hughie/Starlight or Butcher/Becca scenes because I was afraid of Homelander popping out of nowhere. Same here! I was just waiting for Homelander to interrupt Hughie and Starlight singing or for him to show up at Becca's house. I didn't think she'd make it back when she told Butcher to wait for her.
